Terms of Service

GENERAL
You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me. I can decline your order if I am not able
to meet the expectations.
My art style is constantly evolving. Keep in mind there might be some minor differences between the samples and the art you will get.
I prohibit usage of my art for AI learning and for NFTs.PAYMENTS
I will work on the commission after receiving a full payment.
I accept payments only via VGen or Paypal. For commercial use I charge a fee of +100% of the total price. For merchandise I charge a fee of +200% of the total price.REVISIONS
Character pose and facial expression changes are only available at the sketching stage. Any mistakes due to my oversight will be fixed for free.
I will send you WIPs at least 3 times. You can ask about your commission status anytime you want.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Waiting time for an order is 1 week - 2 months, depending on type of commission, design complexity and the number of orders I have. You will be informed of how long the order might take after I accept your commission.
I will not continue the work until the sketch is approved. Please keep in mind this can extend the time of delivery.
I will send you finished commission as a .zip file.USE
My commissions are for personal and social media use only, except if you pay a fee for commercial/merchandise use. *You are not allowed to edit, trace or claim my art as your own.

I maintain all the rights to my works - I can publish them on my socials, porfolio and selling prints with them (unless otherwise agreed). If you want commission to be made private, please inform me before I start working on it. Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me (heiwavt; the artist).REFUNDS
You can get a 50% refund of a total price during the sketch phase. I do not allow any refunds after. If I cannot finish the commission within indicated time, then I will refund you a full price.COMMUNICATION
